Use a timer – the timer we use is free and available here. Perform each of the 5 exercises for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in-between each. Repeat the routine twice.
1. V-sit up with leg lift
2. Plank with leg lift
3. Knee tucks
4. Crunches
5. Cross step plank
