Compared to other balance trainers, balance boards and wobble boards the size of the Rooboard is small. It is only 30cm long and 15cm wide. But at 550g of solid polypropylene it feels weighty and durable for its small size – which is exactly what it is.

It’s not the size that counts, its how you wobble it
True muscular symmetry comes from training each of the limbs separately. This enables the users of the Rooboard to identify imbalances and correct them by focusing the exercises to the particular limbs that need the extra work. The Rooboard was designed specially with this in mind. The small size mean the users have no extra plastic or wood to get the way, like so many other balance and wobble board products on the market. The Rooboards are made to fit one foot or hand perfectly. The indented EVA grip tape also cushions the exercises performed on the Rooboard. Most balance and wobble boards have uncomfortable plastic or sandpaper like grip surfaces. The Rooboard was designed with functionality and the users comfort in mind.
Achieving true muscular symmetry can only be accomplished around a strong core. This is the other area where the Rooboard comes into its own. Its small size make its perfect for sitting and plank exercises that are designed specifically to strengthen the core. The instability created by the wobble board type effect, means the core is constantly engaged, increasing the intensity exponentially. This means you can achieve substantial results in a much shorter time period than you have ever experienced before.
The two balance pads that come with the Rooboard are the fulcrum and the platform for the hundred plus exercises you can perform. The high density EVA foam is extremely resilient to stress and changes in shape. Lite weight, comfortable and portable the Rooboard is taking the elite performance world by storm.
Train smart, be smart. After all it’s not the size that counts – its how you wobble it!
