Kneeling Dumbbell Shoulder Press
The kneeling dumbbell shoulder press is a unique Rooboard exercise.
Kneeling eliminates leg bounce assistance which can be applied during a standing dumbbell press. The non-slip Eva foam surface indented into the Rooboard deck makes this exercise gentle on the knees.
Kneeling on one pad creates instability. This forces the core to engage to maintain perfect balance and posture while you perform the shoulder press.
As well as strengthening the muscles that make up the shoulder joint you will also increase abdominal strength and stability.
