Dynamic balance board training
Use this simple and quick workout to improve dynamic balance and identify and correct muscular imbalances.
There are five exercises in this quick performance routine. You can either perform a series of reps and sets or use the routine as an interval workout of 30 seconds work for each exercise and 10 seconds rest.
This is a perfect travel workout and is ideal for performance sports training.
1. Single leg standing balance
2. Pistol squats
3. Heel to toe taps
4. Incline squat to calf raise
5. Jump to narrow squat
