Combine Balance With Power
Many stabilizer boards have a sandpaper like grip surface or plastic knobs that are hard on the hands or feet. The Rooboard has an indented EVA grip surface which is also raised 3mm above the deck for extra comfort. This means it can be used from the hands, forearms, feet and for seated exercises without causing skin irritation or scratching.
The Rooboard designers wanted a product that would not damage flooring or sink into the ground when used outdoors. They solved this by placing the flat surface of the balance pads against the floor and the fulcrum point against the bottom of the deck. The pads have a calculated foam density and the use of concave and convex surfaces between the pads and deck create the perfect instability for balance and core training.
