We published the first Rooboard video last week. Only a short introduction to start with, we will follow this up with specific exercise routines, for specific muscle groups and requirements.
In a effort to keep the operational costs down and produce the Rooboard, at the lowest possible price, we are not using fitness models, celebrities or glossy infomercial speak in our videos. We are however, using the real designers, doing what it was really designed for – producing targeted results.
There will be videos for strength, balance, agility, core and fitness. We will try to spice these up a little with some unique locations as backdrops. And, we will publish a new video every week on our YouTube channel ‘Rooboard’ and right here on Rooboard.com
Fitness and more specifically, performance, has been our driving force in designing and producing the Rooboard. We have normal full-time jobs and lead wonderfully normal lives, except that we love to train for peak performance. We are, like a lot of other folks out there, addicted to that feeling of being in the zone, performing with strength and confidence, and reacting unconsciously with perfect placement and poise.
The human body is an incredible thing and has amazing possibilities and capabilities at any age. It’s these capabilities that led us to produce the Rooboard and it’s these possibilities that get us out of bed everyday and using the Rooboard, as we work towards our goals.
