The most interesting story this week is the publishing of research into the aerobic fitness levels of children from 50 countries. The research team was co-led co-led from the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) and the University of North Dakota and the results are available in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.
Tanzania came first, Mexico was last and the USA came in a very poor 47. They probably set a world record for beep tests as well.
