Foundation balance training
Use these nine foundation exercises as a base for dynamic balance and strength training.
There are three exercise each for balance, core and upper body strength.
Use two pads with the Rooboard to become accustomed to the deck and the amount of movement it creates.
As you progress the balance and core exercises can be performed with a single pad. The narrow press and press-up can also be performed with a single pad.
