In order to motivate ourselves, we need to have something to aim towards. It’s going to be hard to get started when we don’t know where we are going. It doesn’t matter how large or small this is or how many things this is. Our goals only need to be things that mean something to us. Remember that goals are dreams with a plan of action. Dreams without action remain a fantasy.
Even if we have the best will in the world, without a comprehensive action plan in place it will be very hard to accomplish our objectives. This template is only a guideline. One of the easiest ways to do this is to use a full page A4 yearly diary. If we are struggling to complete our objectives we can have a friend or family member assess our outcomes and task completion.
