Use this Rooboard workout for balance training in confined spaces. This routine is perfect for hotel rooms, the office or training at home.
There are four exercises:
Single leg squats x 5 reps
Single leg pistol squats x 5 reps
Double leg squats (toes on the board) x 5 reps
Double leg squats (heels on the board) x 5 reps
Repeat the routine four times for the full balance workout.
