Portable Risks
Improving your physical health and body shape is like making money; you have to take risks to succeed.
Great wealth and professional success does not come to those who try to minimise their exposure. Being prepared to fail and to try new options will ultimately bring incredible rewards.
This positive mind-set can also be applied to our approach to fitness and our physical self. If we want to see gains to our wellbeing and changes in our body shape or muscular symmetry we need to take some risks and try new options.
The Rooboard is one of these options. Designed by Mason Gilmour-Platt to fulfil a need to exercise for balance, power and fitness in the shortest possible time in limited spaces it has transformed the way many people exercise.
Embracing Risks
This is a product for people who don’t want to keep doing the same things for the same results. People who not only want to shape their bodies but also change the way things are done.
The Rooboard creates instability which forces the core and stabiliser muscles to engage. This creates tension and increases the effort required by the muscles to perform functional exercises. Increased taxation on the muscles also decreases the amount of time we need to spend on each muscle group to reach fatigue.
With the muscles in recovery mode after as little as 15 minutes nutrition can be taken on board to replenish or grow the muscles. This means users of the Rooboard can exercise for strength, fitness and sports specific requirements in the shortest possible timespan and still have time to fulfil their potential to be a successful trailblazer.
