Peak Performance

The Rooboard® empowers you to perform a huge variety of exercises to increase your fitness, balance, stability, core strength and muscular symmetry. It will enable you to increase aerobic capacity, metabolism and dynamism.

It is a new innovation that brings together a wobble board, balance board and fitness platform into one piece of multiple use fitness equipment. It can also be used as slant board for stretching and is excellent for rehabilitation, core and range of motion work.

It was called Rooboard because of the powerful legs it creates and the similarity of the large foot of a kangaroo when you are using it.
