Staggering amount of exercises
The amount of exercises and variations you can perform on your Rooboard is staggering. These include, strength, core, cardio, balance, stability and agility exercises. You can also perform circuit, HIIT (high intensity interval training), metabolic conditioning, rehabilitation and sports specific routines.
Balance and wobble board training has never been so specific or designed for the busy person, who doesn’t have time to go to the gym or may not want to join a gym. The Rooboard is extremely durable and very compact at only 30cm in length. Small design features like the indented EVA foam grip also make it very comfortable to use.
The Rooboard community is growing fast as more and more people realise the benefits of body weight and instability training. These users are increasing their fitness, strength, metabolism, balance, increasing aerobic capacity and balance.
