Exercising for core strength, balance and fitness has never been easier with this unique product. The Rooboard increases the intensity of your bodyweight exercises by adding a stability element to the movements.
Your body is forced to engage the core and stabilizer muscles to maintain balance. If you train the core while using the core to maintain balance the results and gains are increased markedly over non dynamic exercises.
The portability of the Rooboard means it can be used almost anywhere. It is especially good for outdoor training. This enables use to use a single piece of fitness training equipment for total body gains without the gym. Your 1 hour gym routines can be cut down to 10-15 minute, short burst, high intensity result driven sessions.
When we set out to design the Rooboard we did it out of a need to produce a simple piece of exercise equipment that would fulfil all of our needs and requirements. This piece of equipment had to be light-weight but strong, comfortable but durable and most of all, truly portable. And, by portable, it had to fit inside a small day bag, the desk drawer at work and be usable almost anywhere.

Designed in the United Kingdom by Mason Gilmour-Platt DipSpSt, a former triathlete, fitness trainer, health club manager and life-long surfer. The Rooboard was needed to fulfil specific training requirements within tight parameters. It had to produce solid results, be extremely durable (in order to take a thrashing) and be easily transportable.
The Rooboard was born out of a passion to increase fitness, strength and balance. It had to increase muscular symmetry and performance for action sports like surfing, skating and skiing. And, it had to fit busy proactive lifestyles and be extremely portable, as in the daily work commute, flights, hotel rooms and those cheeky moments when you want to workout quickly and discreetly.
