Ten Minute HIIT Workout
Use this quick ten minute HIIT exercise routine for fitness, strength, fat burning and dynamic balance.
Today’s cardio burn high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is:
Sprinters (30 seconds each leg)
Power knee (30 seconds each leg)
Swimmers – butterfly stroke (30 seconds each leg)
Method: Use a timer. Each exercise for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest between each exercise. Repeat three times for the full workout routine.
